<sup>99m</sup>Tc-1-Thio-D-Glucose in Lymphoma Patients: Safety, Pharmacokinetics and Dosimetric Characteristics

Purpose : To study the safety of 99m Tc-1-Thio-D-Glucose ( Tc-TG) using, as well its pharmacokinetics and dosimetric characteristics. Material methods The 99mTc-TG was studied in 12 patients with lymphomas. performed after a bolus injection 729 ± 102 MBq Tc-TG. Whole body anterior posterior planar imaging at 2, 4, 6, 24 hours post-injection. In addition, all underwent SPECT/CT scanning 2 only SPECT 4 6 injection. determine dynamics Tc-TG accumulation organs tissues, corresponding regions interest (ROI) were outlined on each scans.
